The Riches Season 2
The Malloys, along with their three children, go on the run after stealing money
from the extended family bank. An unfortunate accident provides a great opportunity
when they obtain the identity of a well-to-do “normal family,” becoming 'Doug
and Cherien Rich.'

Original Synopsis:
Dramedy featuring Izzard as the con artist patriarch of an Irish family that moves
to the Southern U.S. who take the identity of an upper-middle-class suburban family
in Louisiana after that family is killed in a car accident. Izzard plays Malone,
the father, who after hitting a spiritual and midlife crisis begins to question
their lifestyle just as his wife, newly sprung from prison, rejoins the family.
He decides to call it quits and settle down with his wife and kids.

The Last Temptation of Wayne:
On the behest of Wayne, Dahlia and the children hit the road with Cherien's mother.
Wayne stays behind to cleanup the mess created by Pete Mintzy. Meanwhile, Hugh
offers Wayne a part of a lucrative land deal, and Nina contemplates leaving Eden
Falls with Dahlia.

Wayne is reluctant to enter into a partnership with Dale. Elsewhere, Dahlia fears
that her and the children have become out of practice with their Traveller skills.

deal. Meanwhile, Cael's reckless behaviour at school forces Wayne to intervene.

Through a set of unusual circumstances, the Malloy family assumes the identities
of a wealthy family, the Riches, only to find that a glamorous life entails more

Believe the Lie:
Needing money to pay for the family's newfound lifestyle, Wayne impersonates Doug
Rich at a job interview with a staid law firm (never mind that the only thing
Wayne knows about the law is how to run from it). Interrupting the interview:
Wayne's new golfing buddy, flamboyant local tycoon Hugh Panetta (Gregg Henry),
who has a very litigious history with the firm. Meanwhile, a snooty neighbor has
the Malloys' RV towed, and Dale schemes to find the Malloys.

Operation Education:
Wayne starts his new job as head of the legal department at Panco. His first assignment:
fire the current head of the department. Meanwhile, Dahlia wants to put the kids
in a posh private school that has no openings and is run by a snooty woman who
looks down her nose at the family. This is a set of circumstances that calls for
a con. Back at camp, Dale uses his power over Cael's girlfriend, Tammy, to track
down the Malloys.

Been There, Done That
The real Doug Rich's ex-wife jeopardizes the Malloys' cover when she comes after
“Doug” for missed alimony payments. Meanwhile, Di Di falls for a “buffer” guy,
and Cael finds a way to capitalize on his unusual skills at school.

The Big Floss
While Wayne must deal with legal arcana in an eminent-domain case, Dahlia gets
a job for which she's equally qualified: a dental hygienist. And Ginny finds the
Malloys, which means Dale is probably not far behind.

Reckless Gardening
The Malloys must contend with Ken from the Traveler camp, who shows up fully intending
to marry Di Di. The thought of this revolts her, and his presence leads to a family
crisis. At Panco, Hugh wants Dahlia to be his personal assistant, and he won't
let Wayne settle with snooty Hartley Underwood, who's suing the company because
her house sits on an alligator habitat, and a gator bit off her arm. Meanwhile,
Dale makes his move back at camp.

Virgin Territory
Stunned by the news of Earl's death, a grieving Dahlia and her family head back
to camp, where Dale looks to settle old scores with Wayne, while Ginny schemes
to tie the knot between Di Di and Ken.

When Hugh suspects that Wayne and Dahlia stole money from the office bank, the
Malloys must resort to doing what they do best.

Hugh offers Wayne a partnership at Panco---if the Riches throw a dinner party
that meets Hugh's approval. Complicating matters is Dahlia's unexpected reunion

Riches' maid.

Convinced that Dahlia still has a drug problem, Wayne stages an unusual intervention:
He takes meth himself. A speed-filled romp ensues, so it's up to Dahlia to keep
things together at Panco. Meanwhile, Dale shows up in Edenfalls and befriends
neighbor Hartley.

With Hugh absent, Wayne takes charge at Panco and learns what it's like to be
the boss. Dahlia tries to bond with Di Di, but discovers the gap between them
has widened. And Dale makes his intentions---romantic and otherwise---known to
Hartley.

When Doug's friend Pete visits, the Malloys must keep him in the dark about what
they have done. Meanwhile, Hugh returns from Las Vegas with a new wife and orders
Wayne to negotiate a retroactive prenup. And Hartley warms up to Dale and shows
him how to blend in with the buffers.

As the first season concludes, Pete (Arye Gross) has figured out that the Malloys
are impersonating the Riches and wants to know why. More importantly, he wants
to see Doug. Meanwhile, Nina is getting nosier and nosier, and Dale is getting
